TREVILA jewelry and accessories come with a limited* lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects when accompanied by a receipt. Products deemed to have manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

*The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive wear, misuse, abuse, improper handling, loss, accidents, alterations, negligence, or damages caused by disassembly. Appearance damage over time due to regular use, such as surface scratches or coating friction, is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under the warranty.

Warranty claims do not accrue any points. TREVILA reserves the right to decide whether to replace or repair items under warranty.

User-Incurred Repair Fees for Improper Use:
Fading restoration processing fee: $15
Wear repair processing fee: $15
Gemstone replacement processing fee: $18
All associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Once we receive your initial warranty claim, the TREVILA repair team will handle the process for you.

For valuable items beyond the warranty period or scope, we will make every effort to repair your item at the lowest cost. If the product or style has been discontinued, TREVILA will consider replacing it with a similar-value alternative.
