At TREVILA, we offer a 30-day worry-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Our products are crafted with the highest quality and attention to detail in the industry.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Incorrect Size:

    • TREVILA adheres to strict international sizing standards in jewelry craftsmanship. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to ensure accurate sizing. If the product size needs to be changed, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  2. Material Allergy:

    • If you are allergic to the materials labeled on TREVILA products, please do not purchase them. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop wearing the product immediately and seek medical advice. Provide photos of your symptoms and contact customer service to return the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
  3. Manufacturing Defect:

    • Our products undergo strict quality control before shipment, but oversights can sometimes occur. If you discover any defects upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly address the issue for you.
  4. Unmet Expectations:

    • While TREVILA maintains high-quality standards, some imperfections may occur due to the affordability of our products. If dissatisfied, contact our customer service for return arrangements. The return costs are borne by the customer.
  5. Shipping Issues:

    • Damages during transit or packaging issues must be reported within 3 days for free replacement or reshipment. Issues reported after 3 days but within 30 days will incur additional fees.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact customer service with reasons and photos for damaged/defective items.
  2. Our customer service team will provide the return address.
  3. Pack items securely for return.
  4. Include a list in the package with your order number, email, products, and quantities.
  5. Self-ship the package and provide the tracking number to service@trevila.com.

Important Notes:

  • Please send returned packages to the address provided by our customer service team. Orders returned without authorization will not be accepted. Refunds/exchanges/warranty services cannot be provided for unauthorized returns.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition they were received (including original packaging) to receive a product refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Products marked with the 'BIG Sale' label are part of a special promotional offer and are considered final sale, thus ineligible for returns or exchanges. Items eligible for lucky half-price discounts are also subject to this policy. Personalized and customized items are non-refundable.
  • For returns due to personal preference, contact our after-sales team within 7 days. A $7.99 shipping fee will be charged, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returns after 7 days will incur a handling fee of 60% of the total order value.
  • Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after receipt.
  • Exchange Fee in the United States: Send it back to the provided address and pay $4.99 (USD) for reissue shipping.
  • Exchange Fee in Canada/Australia/Europe/Other Countries: Send it back to the provided address and pay $7.99 (USD) for reissue shipping.
