Once you place your order, our dedicated team handles procurement and quality control to ensure your exquisite jewelry is shipped directly to your doorstep. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
You can expect to receive your unique jewelry within the specified business days from the date of your order. During peak demand periods, delivery times may be slightly extended. From October through December, we expand our workforce to meet the holiday rush. However, please note that order processing may require additional time. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you need your items by a specific date, please place your order well in advance.
Tracking Information
All orders are protected, insured, and include real-time status tracking IDs. This means you can monitor your order's progress throughout. If, for any technical reason, you do not receive your tracking information via email within a few days after ordering, please contact us at service@trevila.com. Tracking numbers may take 48-72 hours to become available.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, so there may be delays in logistics tracking updates.
